Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Cooking: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of continental dishes according to the hotel’s menu specifications. Prepare ingredients for cooking and store them properly to prevent spoilage. Section Management: Work within a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., cold section, hot section, pastry, etc.), supporting the section chef and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all food items and equipment are safely stored. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper storage, handling, and sanitization of food.
